pica was once $40+k when it 1st came out....
depends on wat u need. if u dun mind the small space, on budget,
dun mind slow speed, go ahead and get the pica. pica is well known
for it's good FC. my fren's pica, on open pod and 15" wheels, is
taking ard 13km/l. stock condition will be 16-18km/h
