i very very seldom get gastric peoblem
but i experienced instant relief before
when i took antacid
it worked for me like magic
when i was in oz
i had panadol, charcoal pills and anatacid in my first aid
box
my 3 basic medicine
then when i came back
i gave them all away
i gave away so much stuff!!!
including a good set of corelle ware 
and my kettle (he was like my friend! becos every day i make tea /
coffee sure will need it... and it gave me my comfort drink each
time i boil water.... so faithful to me....boil water = will derive
happiness)
etc etc etc
sigh...
if only i have my own home...
