"WITH EVERY PURCHASE OF THE $20, $50, OR $60 nEbo CARD, YOU'LL GET A FREE nEbo TAPZ MIP CARD WITH $20, $50 OR $60 WORTH OF PLAY VALUE."

means if i buy a $20 nebo card, i get a nebo tapz mip card with $20 play value inside?

means if u purchase a $20 nebo card, u get the equivalent value in a nebo mip card.

however, the mip card with the same status, has no "accumulated" value inside.
