There was a case about this before.
Taxi driver cut into a Benz, benz not happy go and middle finger
him. Taxi not happy go and chase benz down but got into an accident
and killed the taxt driver instead.
ANyway, at that point of time, they say Middle fingering itself is
not illegal, but there are laws that can be interpreted to deem it
illegal.

All of them saying about gestures..... but i dun see any of them
relevant to your case. haha.
298 talks about with intent to insult a religion.
509, intent to outrage a modesty of a woman. So you cannot middle
finger a woman.
351, intent to assault. I don't think your middle fingering is a
precursor to want to assault a fight.
Anyway, i am no lawyer.. haha. so don't think because of the above
you happily show your middle finger around.
anyway, things can be interpreted widely, your middle finger can be
seen as creating public nuisance....
