alleggerita SG But IMHO presidents are usually figureheads in Singapore that doesn't do much..a lot of powers lies with the PM..so it's quite true Nathan didn't really do much (though I've no right to say he's useless..)..I think OTC has contributed more..at least he suggested building the MRT..
