[email protected] SG Wah have a rude shock to read yesterday paper new hdb flat at kallang basin to cost 500 psf Like that most average singaporean are priced out of the market liao ... these flat built by private developer no though the flat to have better finishes and built cabinet etc ... but are they really worth the extra premium Think this is going to drive the property market higher and the those who do not own a flat now will find it hard to own one What is the gov rationale of letting the private developer take over the job of property development simply cannot fathom leh T
