It is what that come out of your mouth that you should watch, as
that comes from your heart. So watch what you say rather than what
you eat.
As for the dragon boat, so what?
He says to bear in mind that other Christians may be watching and
they may misinterpret what you do, and their faith may not be
strong enough to understand.
So some Christians may not allow.
