Whenever they say we broke some rules or did something wrong, and we go against them by stating that its not stated in the school rules, they will say "includes but not limited to" is written in the regulations book.

I must well agree with you how schools are being ran nowadays. Really like jails.
Too much restrictions and students do not get much help. There is no community set up for them.

WELL man you tell him he is too poorly educated to understand the sentence.

It means that new rules will be added in, but before new rules are officially added, thats all there is in the rule book.

So he must be able to pick up a rule against you.

Next time he said that, ask him to point out the rule, N-rule-N-T

my friend told me about this when i asked him, he was stopped for smoking at right outside the school's border. the security ask him for ID, he act act and says "i'd very much like to give you my id, i'm trying but my arm is injured. The ID's inside my wallet, if you dare and want to, you can take it yourself."

The security did not take his id, but took his picture and charged him.

can it be rebuked?

I think i am far luckier than you.

In my school security guards will not be bothered with small matters like staying in classroom after school.

And the prefect we can reason with them. When we receive detentions due to accumulated demerit points, we could go online and check out if the limit is really reached. And who exactly booked us. And the exact reason for booking. Detention is writing lines. And the prefect board is always working to make the environment better for us. Like canteen queue too long, they proposed new stalls and food vans. Approved too. Many other things as well.

Is he over 18. If he is, don't think he violated any school rules or law. Although nothing good will ever come if you forcefully work against the school

if you are not doing anything against the school rules or against the law, you can ask the security guard to Fuk off. He is not police, just a useless guard.

There are no student rights in Singapore, or human rights. If you are not happy overseas study is the only option Very Happy .

Actually your friend should have said that he was waiting for somebody. Outside the school border - does it mean in a public venue i.e. common roadside pathway? Does it state that there should be no smoking within 10 meters or something? If there is , your friend is in the wrong. If not, the security guards are in the wrong , however doubt if there is any recourse to it unless you dare to challenge them to CMF (call my father). MFC (my father complaints) always work but smoking leh........I dunno

Wrong. In the context of this regime, no person under the age of 7 can be guilty of a crime. Technically, if someone under 7 had the means to murder you, he/she is entitled to walk away scot-free even if he/she is caught red-handed.

Actually, it'd even be unconstitutional to pursue anyone under 7 for an alleged crime. Laughing
