after the house is renovated, the valuation price increase, for
eg, marble floor, built in wardrobe, kitchen hob & hood, aircon
unit, window, door etc... usually owner will sell the appt above
valuation price.
& also, even if both unit is on the same level, same block, the
price may be diff, such as, the sun rise & set, facing where,
corner or intermediate.
