if your car is at the left most lane (left turn lane) and there
are no other lane on your left, and the lorry behind you is almost
kissing your butt....have to move to right lane? assume speed is
70km/h, there is a lorry in front of your car and you wanted to
turn left
to me there is no right or wrong answer....perhaps I should say
dont get too hung up on rules/right of way...I give U a practical
example for the above......AYE on the left most lane outside NUH
travelling towards town....for those familiar with the road...U
know there is a speed camera and a left exit for going to NUH...the
next exit would be some distance away at Portsdown or Queenway
exit.U are on the leftmost lane,at exactly the speed limit of
90km/h...a car comes up fast behind...almost kissing ur @ss...U
move or dun move?
All I can say is U can take the high ground and say U are within
the legal framework not to give way....but then again...if one fine
day U find urself at the back of someone else that is doing the
same thing U did....dun whine...
