officially, we all know its suppose to be a 40 hour work week.
But make a count, how many work only 40 hour a week? Most people
exceed that easily. Its not a reality to expect 8 hour day at all
because our system supports the employer who at any time can
replace us.
It unofficial that employers expect us to put in about 10 to 12
hours a day. My current work place expects that and even over
weekends, we are suppose to be working. Very unhealthy work
environment and a lot of mismanagement. I wanted to contact MOM for
advise because they mistreated me.
