I think, I'd take a long shot at the situation; go back to that
stretch of expressway where he threw the XO bottle at your car, and
pick up as much of the glass pieces or parts of the bottle if it is
broken. If not broken, better still - bring it to check finger
prints.
Another way, save up a few hundred or a couple thousand dollares,
hire a Malaysian to do serious damage to that idiot's car - if you
have his license plate number correct. Once job done, your hired
hitguy will provide photo of damage with license plate
visible.
