Some day, make a trip there and watch them make the skin! It's
really amazing, the way they hold the dough like it's some obedient
putty, then they drop it onto the pan and swiftly pull it up again
and there! popiah skin is cooking on the pan already. 
no need for spreading it out or anything.
I like to eat the machine-made skins on their own. 
They're chewy yummy. But if it has to be made into
popiah, the hand-made kind is nicer.
