coz local punters dont exactly play asian handicap for s-league
(if there is any!), thus to implement s-league handicap system, we
need an entire new punting system altogether.
and i'm not too sure if the forecasted response would justify the
effort to build a seperate system.
furthermore, the variety of odds on one match is just too
overwhelming. not to mention having to key them in!
