the numbers are based on the return. ie, 100% means u never make
any profit/loss.
The first number which is what the ranking is based on, is also the
return but more weight is given to the more recent tips. ie, a win
1 day ago will count more than a win 2 months ago. This will take
into account the tipster's recent 'form' as well.
