you’re a queer.. normally theres no need to go into so much scrutiny just learning how to drive.. but i insist you got for a psychological checkup in case you cant take the pressure/excitement of releasing the emergency brake gear.

shoes? preferably shoes with thin soles so you can feel the clutch, brake and accelerator. try not to wear slippers.. Wink

racing shoes…hahhaa…flat sole shoes is good…i wear the converse all stars to my tp…and wear safety boots for some of my lessons and it sux.hahahah

currently, i'm having driving lessons evryday at CDC. just came back frm a morning practical..

my bad habits are...

-floor accelerator
-leaving hand on gear level even after changing gear
-holding steering wheel at 4-6 position
-one hand turning of steering wheel

my u-turn and 3-point turns today were kinda alright.. i shud b able to finish all the 10 test routes by friday and book my test date. Very Happy

Going to have my third pratical on saturday. First two was hell. Kept flooring the accelerator, maybe my shoes are too thick. Can't feel the pedal at all.. Mad

Yes, go light on the accelerator. You don't have to depress it fully to increase speed, rather, depress it a little and keep it there just to pick up the speed. Then, depress it further as you go faster.

What transmission are you learning? manual/auto?

3 point turn i doubt they will test u..never display the above bad habit in front of the old tester..especially ur 1st habit. the old man cant take too much of these shocks. Laughing gd luck!
