this year is the last year for franked dividend, after this
year, all dividend is tax exempted, no tax refund. if u want to, go
buy those stock that have tons of credits in section 44 statement,
likely to give out lots of dividend b4 they r forfeited 
me poor guy, no need to pay tax except for GST
