This can be read like: "Milan giving 1/2 ball to Juventus"
Said in another way: Juventus have a "a half goal" (ball) advantage
when the match starts.
Bet on Milan:
If Milan win the game you will win, otherwise you will lose.
Bet on Juventus:
If the game ends in a tie or Juventus win you will win.
Example

Leeds vs Arsenal 3/4 : 0
This can be read like: "Arsenal giving 3/4 ball to Leeds".
Bet on Arsenal:
If Arsenal win the game by two goals or more you will win full
stake.
If Arsenal win the game by one goal you will win half your stake.
(overall arsenal win by
1/4 ball => implying onli win half stake)
Bet on Leeds:
If the game ends in a tie or Leeds win, you will win stake
If Arsenal win the game by one goal you will lose half your
stake.
1/4, 3/4, 1 1/4 etc also mean giving or taking 1/4, 3/4, 1 1/4 ball
advantage.

Here the accuracy is calculated based on win, lose or draw
win full or half stake => consider win
