Just now at about 11 plus pm, my neighbour father, riding his
Honda phantom 200, was hit by a car along Punggol Road next to
Rivervale Plaza. As a result of the first collision, a 2nd car hit
my neighbour father as his bike skidded.
According to witness, the first car, believed to be a black hyundai
matrix, speed off after the collision, leaving my neighbour father
on the road. The witness could not get a good look at the car
number plate in time.
Traffic Police is classifying the case as Hit & Run accident
and they towed my neighbour father's bike back.
