Why don't you write a letter of feedback or email telling them that they got owned and they should improve themselves before teaching the population? =) They always get owned whenever they start these kinda things.. Frankly, this campaign is a lost cause.

With the number of foreigners here speaking a plethora of languages other than English, the percentage of people who actually use English to communicate has dropped rather drastically.

After reading the entire post, which is not very long, i still do no find anything wrong with 'good' English. In this case, english is being desribed as of good quality. Good english simply means that the quality of english is superior. Similarly, we can also say good football.

Please correct me.
