erm... i suppose they r not going to query u on regulations now
are they? having 2 openings just means u have to apply for the
necessary road opening permits from LTA. if your site is
substantial enough im sure there's no problem... normally we get
crap from NParks whenever we try to remove their roadside trees or
palms, not so much LTA.
