for permanent hair removal, u'll need IPL. not sure abt that but
u can call Strip for details i guess.
for waxing, yeah, 3 months later pretty much back to original
state. too expensive to keep going back lah. once in a while go
still ok - like if planning for a beach resort trip, can go a week
before so u'll feel "safe" in your bikini.
