Most ppl playing pool in billiard center go in a group, they
rarely accept your challenge, they will stick to play within the
group.
So maybe u try go those pub that have pool table, you can play with
any strangers. Just write your name on the borad and queue up for
your turn to challenge. It's "winner stays, loser walks" rules, so
if you are good enough, u can stay there and keep getting
challenged by strangers.
