...hmmm....for me...tink studying and working in a more females
oriented place now and over the years makes me "loosen up" when
communicating or with the female coutnerparts.. 
...for me....i seldom tok to a gal unless i know that gal quite
well....if not...i will observe "wat kind" of gal she is
like...able to take jokes or not.....but watever the case....my
advise to you is..
