3 room flat the best. Most practical.
Place small small... easy to clean. So affordable. Frankly, we
don't really need a big space to stay. Look at those ppl in Tokyo
and HKG, apt so small and they still so happy.
I've been dying for a 3 room flat at central areas like Holland
Village or Toa Payoh. My friend lives in a 3 room flat with parents
at Braddell. The Braddell MRT exit is just at his flat downstairs
only. Jealous siah.
