actually using it is not problems, but if you are using to to
get copyrighted content then its wrong.
the thing is that, why don't they catch those people who offers the
resources for us to dl??? instead they want to fine people who
download. in this case, you still cannot solve the problem
rite...there will still be cases of people downloading again...
