How do you ask for the maritial status of gals?

Let's say there is this gal that youjust got to know.You would want to get to know her better as you think she kind of looks interesting.But you do not know about her status.How would you go about asking?

For me,I would chat with her casually then somehow I will get to the point where I say "So you meeting your special someone later uh?" Something like that...Then I will gauge her reply.I know that approach is kind of passe so anyone else have better suggestions? Wink

or

"Are you married?"

works fine for me...

Of course that wouldn't be my opening line lar. In the midst of the conversation, perhaps when there is a lapse (both parties silent for the split second) then I'll pop it in.

Vday/birthday/special day......ask the person got date or not got ppl wanna xian her or not lor......
if not talk abt BGR then probe probe a bit lor.......the thing is u dun ask, they won't say
unless the girl interested in u then will ask u 1st then u return favor
