Mr Chumpa Woompa SG Go to Fisherman's Wharf opposite Central mall for fish and chips at $6.50. It's not the best fish and chips around, but I think they're good enough (except a bit soggy sometimes) and I-JUST-LOVE-THAT-PLACE.
