dun be tempted just because the COE is all time low.
look at the long run instead. the interest rates will add up to a
subsquent amount, even if you think its nothing at about 3%.
theres alot of hidden costs (maintainance, summons,
petrol,parkings, insurance, road tax etc)
you dont have to be very rich. u can probably afford a car if u eat
grass everyday.
