ptcm888 SG I know in Hong Kong. They have a similar law that if you import more than one identical pivated movie, they could charge you for selling it, which is a serious offence, but if you have only one, they will let you go. They don't care.
mancha SG It is an offence to possess pornographic DVD in Singapore. Other DVD if not certified by the Board of Film Censors, will be confiscated, and sent for certification at your cost. You can let them confiscate it and destroy it. Customs officers don't bother about copyright issues. They are concerned about illegal importaton. Thats why 5 DVD they close one eye.

ptcm888 SG Some say 7K , Some say $200. Some say no need. Each DVD costs RM6. I don't want to try it. It's not worth. Might as well buy original. Just want to know the legal limits and penalty.
