godbowenX2 SG guy what should i do i got PILES which quite big .. i have search from internet many of them say you can cure by drinking water .. high filbe food e.g banana ... i got do that it seem never work !!.. have piles is a super bad feeling.. you can't sit for long . and some time you can't even sit at all . once you sit the Pain is start cameing... from some of the internet i saw they promote cream that can help piles.. any one exp piles before and cure from it ? please reply me and help me thank !
ItchyArmpit SG pardon me, wats PILES? issit known as zhi chuan in chinese? if yes, then cream would be a good solution.... but to clear them totally, surgery....
thoreldan SG i went NUH before for piles.. they gave me some blue tablets which worked wonders. they're free cuz i went there during my NS days

godbowenX2 SG that is not true last time i got sinus.and that time the ONLY cure that people tell me is surgery that all... but last year i go internet do some search which 80% of people can CURE by Drinking apple virger ... you see the thing...alot of those thing can be cuRe by the diet you have and the life stlye .. i post this on here the reson is to see is there any people that encounter just like how my sinus get cure.
thoreldan SG national university hospital piles can never be completely cured one unless surgery ....must watch diet (dont eat spicy stuff) and hygiene (wash your arse after you sh|t) now very seldom kena liao
