Yarrick SG Errr Sorry which Section of EA says 7 days huh? The only part which says 7 days is when it says u are entitled to 7 days of leave even if u served 3 months of left (see Section 43.1)
browniebaobao SG somemore, it has become a norm to get 14 days AL per year liao. i'd like to point out.. this is not very specific. nowdays many companies pro-rate. i got 15 annual leaves per year. the higher the rank, the more AL one will get.
