BTW, what is RSIS? Also, it is better to get a BA overseas because you have more academic freedom. There's more room to write creatively.

It depends on your area of specialisation. A degree from Singapore is more reputable if you want to go into the field of SEA politics, history or even security issues.

RSIS = S.Rajaratnam School of International Studies. They offer courses in Strategic Studies and Terrorism. Some of their research is in Asian security, political violence, non-traditional conflicts and resolution etc..
