Sporeans walk fast to keep fit. So no need to got to gym for exercise. Brisk walking is as good an exercise, if not better!! In fact, brisk walking helps improve a person's blood circulation and burn those extra fats off that may be clogging the heart! Way to go man n woman!! Surprised
