I had a client who tried to get free stuff from my shop coz she
listed my business on her expat site…when i said that that wasnt
the policy of the business, she became very unhappy and then the
next time she came back and started complaining that the product
she bought was lousy, accusing us that we tried to shortchange
her., the truth being that we never give her the freebeies as she
requested..would not even let us finish then I cannot tolerate her
liao. i told her she was being a bully …she threatened us, say we
will regret and then suddenly, in 10 minutes, her website forum
appeared two different people, sliming us without any knowledge or
proof, saying we try to bluff expats…i was very sad because
although I know not many locals will go to her site, it will still
affect my business and I feel its not fair that a person can use
her website to her advantage and go around bullying retailers like
us to give in to her demands..can anyone help me? How can i make
her stop doing this to other retailers or businesses?
