focal length is ur zoom. it does matter if u wanna zoom more i
guess! eheh..
in digicam terms, a longer focal length (higher zoom) can
compensate for lower megapixels.. if u think about it, if u have a
low res pic zoomed in, it can be the same as a high res pic zoomed
out, but cropped...
somethign like that.. hope u know wat i mean.
and of course a better zoom lens means u dun have to walk to close
to ur subject, which is sometimes impossible or very diffcult. like
say at the zoo? ehehhe
