Both US and Singapore are well off enough to equip their army
with the best. SAF has more choice of equipment, for we can buy
from Sweden, Germany, France and even Russian. The US only can only
buy US made.
The US army has to be trained to fight in all terrains, dessert,
snowy moutain, jungle and in the middle east. We train for our
specific requirements. How to compare?
The US army fought in the middle east and northern indian
subcontinent, SAF has only participated in disaster relief
operation, and no actually war( thank God). So what examples? The
US fought but they haven't won, the SAF hasn't fought but it
doesn't mean we can't win.
