Do Not Want to Defer

Hi,

I would like to go for my high key ATECH ICT but my work company want me to defer due to a valid reason (training). Of course I cannot defy the hand that feeds me. Any suggestions on how to get my deferment REJECTED by my unit after I submit it?

Just don't submit/ fax in any supporting documents will do.

Problem is my company wants me to submit the deferment and I cannot defy that. They need documentary proof that it's rejected So. i need to submit and get it rejected.

OK sc officer now I got what you mean. Submit the deferment without the supporting documents. Sure way of getting it rejected?

Contact your CO and tell him not to approve it. Of course let your OC know first. U know how to contact your CO right?

If u dont hand in supporting documents, they will ask u submit and delay the process.

Yes I know my OC and CO's contact. Can I be so direct as to ask my CO to reject it? What I am very afraid of is that if my company finds out of this "collaboration" I might get into trouble.

I think it is a win-win situation for my CO and me because I know from my unit in-processing clerk that the unit needs people due to many downgrade cases.

What I need to know is how to tell this to my OC and CO!
