i actually thought of openin a thread on this 
i used it, they r used for fair and good skin
i eat and apply it on my face, but diff kinds. for consumption i
use those that are pound for you, for applyin i used bottles

buy those in chinese medical hall, ask them to grind/pound for you,
they are much more expensive though.
