SAF didn't copy blindly. The principles of pixelation is
okay...
The US problem is to do with the colour...their choice of
colour/pattern doesn't suit the terrain they operate in.
Whereas SAF's is clear to see...it matches the local/regional
vegetation very well.
SAF has indicated it will 'always continue to better' the
equipment/uniform etc. but....won't change the uniforms yet
la...they work as they should.... DSTA etc did alot of testing and
validation to make sure it works - we didn't just copy the USA.
