because, when paris was built, there weren't supercars. over the
years rebuilding might have expanded it, but not by that much. last
major rebuild was probably in the 18th century. by major rebuild i
mean actually tearing down and demolishing large areas of the city,
measurable in sq miles.) so when they refurbish or build new
buildings, they often face space constraints. im saying this as an
observation from my visit to paris this summer and seeing the city
itself 1st hand.
