COE can loan one ar…how is the intrest rate?

During the yr 2000 it was 4.25% for
5 yrs with ntuc.

u say no COE den no COE ar..haha i also wish no COE but da govt will always think of ways 2 strip our cash! Sad ..no COE den car car can keep for as long as u like..wa..so shoik..den petrol prices drop..ah...talk like i president like tad..lol Very Happy
