Hope the media is poking into this topic. Firstly, the workers
are treated like dirt in singapore. They are here because what they
earn here is many times more then what they earn at their own
country. This morning is a wake up call for the garmen, the three
lives lost is totally unacceptable. Who is responsible to tell
their families, that their sons, or their wives, because singapore
Bosses here cannot afford to ferry them in proper transportation.
Thus, causing them to, "up the lorry", you know what I mean. Garmen
is so good at implementing laws, like workers dormitries. This is
because they want to treat the workers better, why not implement
law for transporting of workers in buses. Buses are equipt with
safety belts and most of them are seasoned drivers, while bosses
tends to employ cheaper foreign drivers for their lorries, dual
purposes for goods and human beings. Imagine that after a hard days
work, try sitting in a lorry even with the safety barrier roof top
attached all the back to the dormitry, with a speeding lorry and an
inexperience driver. Think all the bosses should try this and give
their verdict. Even seen them being transported in those dirt
carrying ten tons truck, this is how they're being treated. Without
them how can we as s'porean survive...
