I am new here. (although i joined in 2005). So can consider me as
an old new forumer or new old forumer.
I received similar calls too, i.e. ring for 2 times and phone
hanged up before I can answer.
At first I was wondering why, then I realised that the caller was
using Starhub. He was smart and try to save money. As I m using
singtel and i dont bother about the costs, I just called him
back.
But after a few times, I cant help, but find that it is a nuisance
and it is too much.
I also seen some people, especially property agents, carrying 2
handphones.
