"NTU said its business school graduates earned an average monthly wage of $2,939, based on figures computed from a random sample of 300 graduates out of an actual cohort of about 1,000.

SMU reported an average monthly wage of $2,850 for its 2006 cohort earlier this year, while NUS has not released its employment survey. "

They only survey top students. The figures are greatly inflated.

My fren who grad from NTU business course is now earning 2.4k. He's an average student.

allentyb SG

i don’t trust the survey after all, the press holding is own by the government

Wow dats really great news…..

More than 70% of NTU graduates found employment in the private sector.

I belong to this year's graduating batch and I have batch mates who found job grossing in $2.7k to $3.1. All of which are from the private sector.

If I assume that NTU and NUS graduates have the same chances at employment, I conclude that the private sector pays more than the public sector.
