Hmm... As long as the teenagers doesn't have the motive to harm
or blackmail, I doubt proscecutors will charged the teenagers under
kidnapping bah.
The mother might have overreacted with her mother instincts
also.
Perhaps, the teenager became emotinally attached to the baby or
something.
