I am interested in a property which is situated just behind the
steep hill of the Hillview camp.
May I know what activities are there in the camp?
I notice that there is a road on the hill.
Is this road for vehicles or is it just a small path of walking and
cycling by the people who maintain the forested area?
The steep hill looks scary although there is a retaining wall
there.
How safe is it ?
Are the trees there inspected by NEA regularly for
safety purposes?

why ask us when you pay your agent? If your agent cannot give
your the answer about the road, how about driving up the road on
the hill, if you can't go up then you know it is not for vehicles,
then you cycle up, if it is still no through then it is just for
walking, simple?
who maintain? as long as your gardener doesn't have to maintain
it, why you bother? got mosquito, just call NEA.

Military Activities. If you buy the property, occassionally you may
have commando in full camo appearing at the window of your bath
room when your wife takes shower. That is the only watch out I
would say.
