It's time for an air-conditioned Singapore.
Singapore will be totally encased within a glass sphere, and the
whole sphere will be air-conditioned. The sphere will hv certain
openings where an air curtain will attempt to regulate the
temperature, at the harbours, airports and last of all, the
causeway.
