Ok so im 17, finished secondary school, currently not studying
but I've applied for a place at Shatec and they have accepted me.
Was supposed to start schooling on October, but parents couldn't
come up with the money to pay for the fees in a short notice (
only gave 1 week notice to pay) so I asked whether I
could be deferred to the January intake and they approved so around
November then they pay the fees.
Then, I received the letter from NS, stating I have to
register for NS by 31st August. So I wonder, even though I am not
schooling at the moment, but I confirm going to Shatec on January
just that parents haven't pay the fee, is it possible that I can
get a deferment although there's no official letters or documents
to state that I am going to pursue studies at Shatec? Or after I
register for NS, pay the Shatec fees then apply for deferment cuz
by then I'll have the receipt, or the official letter than Im
studying at shatec. Any help will be appreciated. Thanks =]
