Did ur mum sign any contract or employment letter with the company?
is she a permanent staff, temporary staff or contract staff? Basis
on MOM's regulation contract and temp staf are not entilted to any
benefits.
Benefits are base on the contract draw up by the company, if you
are not agreeable with the terms than don't be stupid and accept
the job lah!
If u think that ur poor old mum is not worth working as a cleaner
in that kind of pay than u shouldn't have let her work! she should
be enjoying life now! u still got the cheek the complain so
much...
Lastly if what u written in the forum is not true than u might risk
facing of slandering the company's name although u didn't mention
the company's name as it is easy to find out which company it
is!
Do u think u have the money to compensate the company for
slandering their name or pay the legal fees! If u do than ur old
mum won't be working already!!!
In singapore everything is base on black and white! if you don't
have any better don't try to be smart and try to tarnish other's
name. u may get into more trouble....
